Supervision is an essential part of growth as a therapist and it's one of my favorite parts of the work. I understand that the relationship in supervision is important. I take a very humanistic approach to help you work on self of the therapist, build your comfort in being yourself, fully embodied in your work. I love helping therapists find their comfort in being themselves in the work. I believe so much of the work in therapy is the relationship. My goal is to create a safe and caring environment to promote connection, vulnerability and growth.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who trained at The Family Institute at Northwestern University and graduated in 2015. I have also been trained in Theraplay at the Theraplay Institute and Trust Based Relational Intervention. I love supporting therapists in this field and would love to be a part of your journey.
