staff opportunities with ccrc

why work with ccrc?

Helping therapists find a clinical practice is an important professional responsibility for us here at CCRC. Here is a basic summary of what it is like to work with us:

General Careers Mission

CCRC is a group practice that strives to work with associate therapists to build on their individual professional goals and create an environment that allows for work/life balance. We have been able to help many therapists develop their own professional ideas and get started in their own practices.

Room for Growth in Any Professional Direction

While some associates work with CCRC as an initial platform from which to launch their own practices, others choose to stay at CCRC for years, building their caseloads with us and moving into leadership roles within the practice. Different people have different career goals and needs and we appreciate that not everyone is cast from the same mold. We strive to provide flexibility and support for whatever our associates need in promoting their growth as clinicians and as people.

Billing & The Client Relationship

As part of our commitment to promoting individual career growth, CCRC associates are given initial training in managing their own insurance claims and billing issues, after which they are responsible for doing so on their own, with assistance as needed. Associates are paid a percentage of the revenue that they collect, according to a pay scale that takes both professional experience and number of years working at CCRC into account. The clients that they connect with are their clients, from start to finish, and beyond.

Caseload Expectations & Benefits

We don’t emphasize a quota, other than differentiating between Part-Time (9 or fewer clients per week) and Full-Time (10 or more clients per week) associates. We offer Full-Time associates benefits that include PTO, partial health care premium payments, Zoom accounts, and 50% reimbursement for trainings or outside supervision. We provide weekly supervision for our pre-licensed associates, and monthly/as-needed check-ins and consultation for licensed associates.

Community & Values

We are striving to operate from an antiracist perspective. We invite associates to attend a monthly Community Meeting, but we don’t mandate it. We use the Community Meetings to check in with one another and the practice, as well as to explore antiracism ideas 4 times per year.

CCRC is an equal employment opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or employment on the base of a person’s: race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, genetic information, military status, sexual orientation, marital status, citizenship status, order of protection status, homelessness, gender identity, arrest record, victim of domestic violence, common conditions related to pregnancy or childbirth or any other characteristic protected by law.

CCRC is committed to promoting and maintaining a workspace that feels safe and comfortable for all employees, contractors and students. We are committed to providing a workplace that is free of discrimination, harassment, bullying and other offensive behaviors. Please see our Practice Policies page for more information on the specific steps we take to uphold this commitment.

Support for Creativity

We promote the idea of developing creative clinical projects, even if these ventures do not benefit CCRC directly. Our clinicians have started their own groups, businesses, lecture series, and more, all with the full support of CCRC cheering them on along the way.

The Right Fit

Fit is very important when it comes to working for a group practice. If you would like to hear more about CCRC - and some of the other practices and agencies in the area - please send me a brief email and I will set up a Zoom meeting  to discuss more with you.

Thanks for your interest in our practice!
