Ethical Practice Resources & consultation

let us help you build the ethical therapy practice you envision.

It all started when…

In 2011, I started a solo practice. I named it the Northside Center for Relationship Counseling, P.C. After a year of working on my own, I reconnected with a former student who was looking for supervision and office space. It was a win/win situation. I was able to give her some of the referrals I was unable to see and she was able to get hours toward her license. We had a financial split that worked for both of us and it was an easy start to a group practice.

In the years that followed, we opened offices all over the city and suburbs, and changed our name to The Chicago Center for Relationship Counseling. We have continued to grow. We’ve learned a lot about running a practice. We’ve taken some risks and made some mistakes, but through that process we have figured out how to grow and operate a business in a way that feels good and works. We’re ready to share our experiences and help you develop your practice.

In 2023 we began a collaboration with Lalique Petersen RHIA, RHIT, CPC, from the Malcolm X College Billing Coding and Healthcare Technology program to connect young professionals with opportunities in healthcare billing and coding. Through this program we are able to provide support and resources to practices for affordable rates.

Here’s how we can help you build your practice.
