Meet richard park, amft
Hello, my name is Richard. I have had the great opportunity in my role as a therapist to work with those facing complex emotions, repeating conflicts, and shifting relationships. We all have the ability to grow and redirect our lives, but reach points where we feel exhausted and lost. I dedicate myself to cultivating an alliance through which you will experience self-reflection, change, and acceptance.
I am fluent in English and Korean, and work with adolescents and adults. My training in psychodynamic family systems has been a terrific way to connect with people. Whether you're feeling anxious, having a relationship falter, or difficulty in a new phase, I will bring my insight, and guide you towards change.
I understand that finding the right therapist is an important and sensitive process. I'd love to have a chance to talk with you, and begin fostering a relationship towards lasting happiness.
I am a native of the Chicago area. In my free time, I enjoy playing with my band and going to shows. I am LGBTQIA affirming, and welcome diversity.
Richard currently sees clients at our South Loop location. He can be reached by phone at (847) 220-4390.
